Why Does Rip Hamilton Wear A Mas

CI team sprint triathlon Nations

20/09
This is the second day of competition here at Lido, after the 'Olympic yesterday today addresses the team competition time trial.
A formula that can be seen, but which provides entertainment for viewers and fun for the 'faces. The distance is to sprint, you start with a maximum of 5 members per team and you take the time on the 3rd arrived, a bit like the team time trial of the major tours.
I am in the triathlon team at the Piacenza (a threat because of my condition) and Motta-Betto-Luca-Demo, the paper is superior to me, but when I'm in shape:-D
However, I have the task of holding the group to swim, according to the motto on the side that makes the 'pace at the end of the village to swim with sea slightly moved, we are all together. Some
smear zone change for a 'path error suggested by an 'employee makes us lose forty seconds, and with a bit of anger've got a bike. Part
very annoying with headwind, Motta and Luke are two good riders, but the other two are defending well, only after some changes I have to cover and do all the work to them, even I have to return the body for a hint of cramps, even though the wind :-( I struggle to perfect
Highway exit from T2, the only one who loses Betto, we look for the first 4 km, the 'pace makes the motto, I next check and Luke and Demo. Perhaps too bright start almost immediately blew up the demo, but the second lap Luke begins to have problems with cramps and we are forced to slow down abundantly . Satisfied
pass the finish line, knowing that you could do better, but hindsight does not go far enough. In the end we
19th in 1h02'36 ", if we had not lost 40" in the transition area, we would have perhaps placed in the top 10 teams, but that's okay because it was a great day of sport and team:-D
This type of racing they should do during different seasons as they are very impressive, we hope that the federation can take it into consideration for future seasons:-D Greetings
Robu.
