Substituting Dried Blueberries For Raisins

Greetings to all, after the triathlon in Milan I took a bit of rest, to start the better!
Peccaco a bit of rest and 2 athletes purely aerobic workouts I have had to stop for a low back pain :-(, Nothing serious (it is the advancing age), but I had rifermare for a week! (Of course from work :-))
I started with cycling and swimming, aerobic, as I prefer to wait for the race a few more days before resuming seriously.

Report of the City Council seat 02/11/2009 - City of Carasco
1.Approvazione minutes of previous meeting - (point unanimously approved)
2.Interrogazione Group Board "Together for Carasco" concerning "Query: City Taxi Service, the request of the Administration's intentions: The Mayor from reading their responses indicate that the invitation for the award of a grant of taxi service has been approved by the junta on 27/10/2009 and will soon be published on its website, the group welcomes and CARASCO TOGETHER thanked the administration for the initiative taken.
3.Interpellanza of the Board "Together for Carasco" concerns "regarding the removal Interpellation narrow curve in Pontevecchio Way" - response read by the Mayor will be attached to the minutes. The band council "Together for Carasco" takes note of recent developments in work on the subject of widening the road section and once again calls that the track has a width sufficient to ensure a smooth journey of the same by vehicles but also pedestrians.
4.Mozione of the Board "Together for Carasco" concerning "Proposal for construction parking spaces to residents in some areas of the City." Mayor intervenes saying that it is the intention of the administration prepare a general plan of the traffic and parking on the entire municipality, not just certain areas. Therefore, the instances of the minority are rejected. The Group Together for Carasco reiterates the need to give immediate answers to the citizens of Carasco working to create parking for residents but also by carrying out checks common the actual destination of the parking areas of private companies Carasco.
