Substituting Dried Blueberries For Raisins

Greetings to all, after the triathlon in Milan I took a bit of rest, to start the better!
Peccaco a bit of rest and 2 athletes purely aerobic workouts I have had to stop for a low back pain :-(, Nothing serious (it is the advancing age), but I had rifermare for a week! (Of course from work :-))
I started with cycling and swimming, aerobic, as I prefer to wait for the race a few more days before resuming seriously.

very slow and I did not have wanted to try, I would say everything ok apart from a bit of initial stiffness to the ass:-D I know

that this year 's and' s coming year rolls will become a valuable tool, given that my time has been reduced, I will have been converted and try to find optimal solutions:-D Greetings
