This is the second day of competition here at Lido, after the 'Olympic yesterday today addresses the team competition time trial.
A formula that can be seen, but which provides entertainment for viewers and fun for the 'faces. The distance is to sprint, you start with a maximum of 5 members per team and you take the time on the 3rd arrived, a bit like the team time trial of the major tours.

I apologize for the 'absence, but this' last period was very intense, unfortunately not for athletic reasons, but of all 'other :-(
However I will try to recover the time lost at least putting the records of the calls made (badly), starting this weekend with the Italian leagues of intense Olympic tiathlon age-group championships and the team time trial of sprint triathlon, a hard work:-D

the highlights for the age-group triathlon, it was held at Lido delle Nazioni (FE) on the Olympic distance race as valid C. Italian age-group.
After 2 weeks of poor training and lack of concentration even I presented myself to the athletic way to save the situation, knowing that they would come no significant result :-(
beautiful day with a calm sea and warm, in fact changes prohibited: O-.
My battery consists of 200 athletes (S4) was launched at 12e20.
Swimming is spun off smoothly, and now I found the pace just a little fatigue in the final stretch to power down and slightly more than 1.5 kilometers, in fact I went out in 26 'and broken. Change
