Happy Holidays

Merry Christmas to all, late :-(, but hopefully still valid!
Very busy at work and at home during this time I trained in fits and starts, but I trained and that 's important, certainly to dispose of the various toasts and lunches should be done twice.

For swimming I join in when times conincido and trying to keep two workouts weekly master with friends that I pull on the neck short, intense work, but only when they are working more on endurance and tecbica.
In road racing I go in fits and starts, with four weeks with two training sessions and other workouts, with a mass less than usual, of course, since the cold weather escapes even some indoor training quality, of course, always loved in my garage that has become the 'single corner of my house :-) properties, since the rest is a property of my beautiful children and my beloved wife!

Names For Cultural Fests

Let's start

A warm hello to all, as we read the title I will try to take back the blog trying to update and better than before, especially better than this 2010.
The most beautiful of 2010 is the 'arrival of a show :-) Samuel was born Aug. 20, which is in addition to the other two pests and Rebecca Greta!

As I said I will keep you updated on the blog and at the same time quietly returned to training in 2011 to return to airy.
A ', another novelty is the' arrival of the new means by which to face it (I'll try is the right word) the chassis of the races, at least if I'm not going strong I will look good:-O
In this period, and more exactly about 2 months I started to train in plenty of constantly and continuously, first to lose a few kilograms of too much and second to prepare the base.
honestly will not know what kind of competition to face, as in the past but I think I shall deal with both Olympic and sprint distance triathlon to duathlon, and if I can ride a little more maybe a longer race will be able to escape.
Of course I will not miss some races for runners, mostly to find the race pace and tension right to face the season.
