A warm hello to all, as we read the title I will try to take back the blog trying to update and better than before, especially better than this 2010.
The most beautiful of 2010 is the 'arrival of a show :-) Samuel was born Aug. 20, which is in addition to the other two pests and Rebecca Greta!
As I said I will keep you updated on the blog and at the same time quietly returned to training in 2011 to return to airy.
A ', another novelty is the' arrival of the new means by which to face it (I'll try is the right word) the chassis of the races, at least if I'm not going strong I will look good:-O In this period, and more exactly about 2 months I started to train in plenty of constantly and continuously, first to lose a few kilograms of too much and second to prepare the base.
honestly will not know what kind of competition to face, as in the past but I think I shall deal with both Olympic and sprint distance triathlon to duathlon, and if I can ride a little more maybe a longer race will be able to escape.
Of course I will not miss some races for runners, mostly to find the race pace and tension right to face the season.
